    The buyer can access any course, from the available offer, within the limits of the available places and the eligibility criteria established for each individual course.

    The buyer can register for courses whose periods and time slots are communicated on the website business.viralseo.today
    In order to make a valid registration for a course, the Buyer will have to provide certain personal data that they must fill in the dedicated fields in the “Registration Form” section. If the data provided is incomplete or incorrect, MIND CVS CONSULTING SRL reserves the right not to validate the registration and not to reserve the place in the course.
    Following the registration, MIND CVS CONSULTING SRL sends the Buyer additional information about the course and the documents required for registration, as well as a proforma invoice (which also serves as confirmation of the course reservation). This will be sent to the Buyer to the e-mail address filled in by him in the section of the online registration form.

    MIND CVS CONSULTING SRL has the right to change the date of the course, the trainer and the location without any prior notice. Learners enrolled in a course will receive notifications by email or by phone regarding the changes that have occurred. In the event of a change of date and if the user has already paid the participation fee, he can request a refund or rescheduling for a course at a later date.
    The course will be paid as follows: the first installment (minimum 50%) upon registration, the second installment (the difference) at least 3 working days before the start of the course.

    If the Buyer cancels the course less than 3 working days before the start (or after the start of the course), the Supplier will withhold 50% of the total value of the course as damages.
    Non-payment of the proforma invoice in full by these deadlines entails the refusal to participate in the course.
    Courses are held as specified in the respective registration announcement:
    – online, through the videoconferencing applications provided by MIND CVS CONSULTING SRL for each type of course (e.g. Zoom, GoToMeeting, Google Classroom). To complete an online course, the user declares on his own responsibility that he has access to the Internet and to the electronic means necessary to complete the theoretical training in the “online” system, being in charge of having the electronic means (PC, web camera, microphone) and connection (connection stable on the Internet).

    For both methods, the Buyer will take possession of the services/courses on the dates and after the schedule established at registration.

    Return Policy

    If the Buyer pays the participation fee (in full or in part) and subsequently, for any reason, no longer wants or is unable to participate, he can request and receive the return of the amounts paid under the following conditions:

    • full refund, if the cancellation is communicated in writing to MIND CVS CONSULTING SRL at least 15 days before the start date of the course.
      -reimbursement of 50% of the total value of the course, in the case of full payments, if the cancellation is communicated in writing to MIND CVS CONSULTING SRL at least 3 working days before the start date of the course.

    MIND CVS CONSULTING SRL, will return within 14 days the amounts provided above to the bank account indicated by the Buyer only after he has consented to the data for the transfer by completing a return form, which will be communicated by the Supplier to the Buyer.
    In the case of online payments, the Provider is not/cannot be held responsible for any other additional costs borne by the Buyer, including but not limited to currency conversion fees applied by the issuing bank of his card, in the event that the issuing currency of it differs from RON. The responsibility for this action lies solely with the Buyer.
    By completing the Order, the Buyer agrees that all the data provided by him, necessary for the purchase process, are correct, complete and true on the date of placing the Order.
    By completing the Order, the Buyer agrees that the Supplier may contact him, by any means available / agreed by the Supplier, in any situation in which it is necessary to contact the Buyer.

    The Supplier may cancel the Order placed by the Buyer, following a prior notification to the Buyer, without any subsequent obligation of either party to the other or without any party being able to claim damages from the other in the following cases:

    • non-acceptance by the issuing bank of the Buyer’s card, of the transaction, in the case of online payment;
      – invalidation of the transaction by the card processor
    • agreed by MIND CVS CONSULTING SRL, in the case of online payment;
    • the data provided by the Client/Buyer on the Site are incomplete and/or incorrect;
      The buyer will always have the right to delegate another person to attend the course, complying with the eligibility criteria, without paying any additional fee and on the sole condition of giving notice in writing.
    • MIND CVS CONSULTING SRL at least 24 hours before the course start date.
    • All rates related to the services presented on the Site are expressed in euro (EUR).
